Pepperoni Naan Pizza
This super simple pepperoni naan pizza recipe is fantastic piping hot out of the oven! It's faster and cheaper than delivery, and there's plenty of melty mozzarella.

- 1 naan
- 3 tablespoons pizza sauce or to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or to taste
- 10 slices pepperoni or to taste
- For serving: sliced tomatoes, jalapeno ranch dressing for dipping optional
Preheat your oven to 400F and move the track to the top third of the oven.
Add your naan to a baking sheet.
Using a spoon, spread the pizza sauce evenly on the naan, then top evenly with the cheese and arrange the pepperoni slices on top.
Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Broil for a minute or so to brown the cheese if desired.
Transfer to a plate and slice (I use my chef's knife). If desired, serve with fresh tomato slices on top and dip in Litehouse jalapeno ranch dressing.
- You can cook 3 or 4 at once on a larger baking sheet.
